Healthy Weight Week

Healthy Weight Week (16-22 February) is all about cooking healthy and delicious meals at home – to eat at the dinner table or take to work for lunch.

Eating nutritious home-cooked food each day can help people maintain a healthy weight. Small changes can make a big difference.

Try adding fruit and vegetables to meals, having smaller portions, cutting back on sugary drinks and alcohol and planning healthy meals in advance each week.
