DSQ Land Surveyors\' management encourage participation in the wellness program. Some of the initiatives we\'ve adopted this year include providing healthy options for morning tea (replacing the cream biscuits!), social golf after work for our Chinchilla team and daily prestart stretches at our Chinchilla office. We\'ve noticed several of our team have now started their own group initiatives after work, including gym sessions, swimming laps, riding bicycles to work and walking to work. Several team members have stopped smoking and improved their diets. We\'ll continue to encourage these positive behaviours and management will look for other opportunities to engage our team in our wellness program.
